Job summary

Cleveland State University’s Engaged Learning team is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Hub to lead cross-functional initiatives that advance CSU’s Talent Hub. You will translate priorities into programs, partnerships, processes and student experiences, collaborating with faculty, staff, employers, and community partners to strengthen the learning-to-career continuum.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; four years of professional experience in project or program management, higher education, workforce development, career development, experiential learning, or related area.
• Experience supervising or leading others and managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Master’s degree preferred; experience in higher education environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives that advance CSU’s Talent Hub and align with the department’s strategy.
• Translate priorities into effective programs, partnerships, processes, and student experiences.
• Serve as liaison across Talent Hub areas and collaborate with faculty, staff, employers, and community partners.
• Supervise graduate assistants, interns, student employees, or other assigned staff; manage day-to-day operations.
