On-site position in Burbank, CA with reliable internet for remote days.
Prior experience with data, admin tasks, and learning programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate logistics for learning sessions, enrollments, and participant communications.
Research and implement AI tools to streamline workflows and boost efficiency.
Provide admin support and maintain class data in the Learning Management System (D Learn).
Leverage data to tell the story of experiences to stakeholders and guide best practices.
Travel locally between Burbank and Glendale to set up and tear down in-person sessions.
