The Walt Disney Company (TWDC) is looking for a Talent & Growth Planning & Operations Intern to join the Talent & Growth Center of Excellence. This team is a highly visible group that plays an integral role in onboarding, developing, and shaping experiences for TWDC employees at all levels! This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in Burbank, CA from January 2027 - June 2027.
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements: Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship Be at least 18 years of age Possess unrestricted work authorization Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program
Candidates must be available to work full-time hours (approximately 40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship, during normal business hours This internship is an on-site position, but also requires a working, reliable internet connection as well as a quiet, dedicated workspace for the days you may work from home Able to provide your own housing and reliable transportation for the duration of the internship program We highly encourage applicants to print a copy of this job description so they can refer to it in the event they are selected to move forward in the interview process. The pay rate for this role in California is $23.00 per hour.
