Qualifications

• Familiar with instructional design processes and virtual/in-person facilitation.
• Passion for engaging, creative learning content.
• Proficient with MS Office and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Able to prioritize projects and collaborate in a growing team.
• Strong research skills and ability to present information clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with confidentiality awareness.
• Knowledge of Disney Parks, Resorts, Experiences and Products.

Responsibilities

• Produce learning content from design through evaluation.
• Lead several learning content projects and manage timelines.
• Develop guides, tutorials, presentations, and videos.
• Shadow train-the-trainer sessions and identify improvements.
