Job summary

The Walt Disney Company invites applications for a Talent & Growth Planning & Operations Intern in Burbank, CA. This full-time, six-month internship runs January 2027 to June 2027 and supports onboarding and experience development for TWDC employees.

You will manage learning sessions, explore AI tools to streamline workflows, and maintain class data in D Learn while traveling between Burbank and Glendale to set up and engage with participants.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated professionalism and attention to detail in both written and verbal communication.
• Strong data and project management skills, with a passion for enhancing operational practices and workflows.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate Word and Excel knowledge (VLOOKUPS, pivot tables).
• Curiosity and excitement about AI and automation tools to boost team productivity.
• Comfortable working in both PC and Mac environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for high-impact learning sessions, including monitoring enrollments, managing participant communications, and supporting virtual and in-person experiences.
• Research, implement, and use innovative and emerging technology and AI tools to streamline workflows and boost team efficiency.
• Provide administrative support for program offerings and maintain accurate class data in TWDC’s Learning Management System, D Learn.
• Leverage data to shape the story of our experiences to our stakeholders and inform forward-thinking best practices.
• Travel locally between Burbank and Glendale to help set up, engage with participants, and tear down in-person learning experiences.
