The Gary Mercer Team is seeking a Recruiting Director in the United States who can do more than find talent. You will attract great real estate professionals, develop the agents on the team, and help drive the organization forward.

This is not a traditional HR recruiting role. You’ll combine agent acquisition, sales leadership, coaching, and team development in one high-impact position, building relationships, selling opportunities, and growing the recruiting pipeline while improving performance
