SERHANT. is seeking a strategic Growth Manager / Real Estate Agent Recruiter to build a pipeline of top-producing agents across Northern California and beyond. You will craft recruiting strategies, engage luxury specialists, and work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to fuel growth.

The role blends onsite and field activity in a hybrid capacity within the United States. Your responsibilities include developing market-leading recruiting campaigns, managing relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Real Estate, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as Real Estate Agent Recruiter, sourcing and selecting professionals and meeting goals.
• Deep knowledge of real estate market, licensing requirements, and industry skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Recruiting & Business Development to drive market growth.
• Identify, engage, and recruit top-producing agents and teams.
• Build executive-level pipeline across assigned markets and customize recruiting strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Operations, and Learning & Development to enhance recruiting experience.
• Provide recruiting forecasts, pipeline reporting and market intelligence to leadership.
