Qualifications

• 3-6 years of progressive HR or talent experience with recruiting and employee experience focus.
• Proven track record building talent pipelines and improving hiring processes.
• Strong partnership with hiring managers and data-driven decision making.
• Experience supporting or improving employee experience initiatives that strengthen connection.
• Experience using data to identify patterns and guide decisions.
• Familiarity with AI and automation to improve candidate and employee experiences.
• SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and run recruiting processes from sourcing through offer with focus on quality, speed and experience.
• Create sustainable talent pipelines through schools, job boards, social media and partnerships.
• Support onboarding, engagement and communications to strengthen retention.
• Use recruiting and engagement data to understand patterns and improve impact.
• Leverage AI, automation and technology to streamline processes and scale systems.
• Continuously improve the employee lifecycle with thoughtful, efficient changes.
