Job summary

Veritext is seeking a Talent Engagement Representative (Corporate) to support sourcing, onboarding and engagement across the talent management function. You will move Independent Contractor candidates through applications, interview processes and onboarding, and facilitate compliance and engagement for Transcriptionists and Digital Reporters.

You will collaborate with colleagues, manage communications professionally, and learn new software while upholding company values.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Typing speed of 40+ WPM.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new software applications.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
• Attention to detail and ability to process information.

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing, onboarding and engagement of the talent management group.
• Manage sourcing email and voicemail inboxes.
• Move candidates through the ATS funnel.
• Assess candidate application materials.
• Schedule interviews for selected candidates.
• Interview candidates and make hiring recommendations.
• Support other sourcing activities and initiatives.
• Communicate information timely, accurately and professionally.
• Ensure timely and courteous communications and report incidents to management.
• Welcome change and continuously enhance job knowledge.
