Gulf Winds Credit Union in Pensacola, FL is seeking a Talent and Engagement Specialist to oversee the full recruitment lifecycle and lead engagement initiatives aligned with our core values. The role includes building an internship program with local colleges and enhancing onboarding to ensure a high-performing culture.

We expect 1–3 years of related experience, a two‑year degree or equivalent training, and proficiency with Office tools.

Qualifications

Experience 1–3 years in recruiting or engagement roles.
Two-year college degree or equivalent.
Proficiency with Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

Lead the recruitment process from staffing needs to interviews and offers.
Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding.
Support career development, engagement initiatives, internship programs, and wellness programs.
Collaborate with Marketing on employer branding.
Maintain accurate recruitment records in HRIS/ATS and track metrics.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
