LeeSar is seeking a Talent Engagement Coordinator to join our HR team in Fort Myers, FL. This full-time, hourly position is designed for someone looking to build on foundational HR experience and grow with an experienced team.

You don’t need extensive HR experience to succeed. We value friendliness, energy, organization, professionalism, and strong communication. Training and support will be provided to develop HR skills.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing applications/resumes and identifying promising candidates.
• Conducting candidate phone screens and coordinating interviews.
• Partnering with hiring leaders to understand their staffing needs.
• Communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assisting with job postings, offers, pre-employment activities, and onboarding.
• Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and community resources.
• Supporting recruiting events and other HR initiatives.
