Job summary

Save the Children UK is seeking a proactive Talent Enablement Coordinator to support learning, wellbeing and talent initiatives. You will coordinate inductions, workshops and mentoring while ensuring smooth access to systems and services for colleagues.

Ideal candidate has HR/talent administrative experience, strong organisational skills and a proactive, customer-focused mindset in a busy environment. This 12-month fixed-term contract may require UK-based or hybrid working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting HR, talent, learning or people teams.
• Strong organisational and data handling abilities.
• Proactive, adaptable and eager to learn new skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficient with Excel and digital systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate learning and development activities and inductions.
• Provide administrative support across wellbeing and talent initiatives.
• Maintain records and generate reports for decision-making.
• Handle queries, inboxes, invoices and processes efficiently.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and systems.
