BairesDev is seeking a Talent Efficiency Analyst to ensure quality and consistency across Talent Acquisition processes through audits of candidate calls, screenings, and written communications. You will identify gaps and provide structured feedback to drive improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Auditing, or Quality Control roles.
• Proven track record evaluating performance based on defined standards, scorecards, or KPIs.
• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end quality audits across Talent Acquisition processes (calls, screenings, emails, workflows).
• Identify performance gaps, recurring issues, and risk patterns with accuracy and detail.
• Propose adjustments to audit frameworks, processes, and evaluation criteria.
• Share clear, structured feedback with stakeholders across the organization.
