You’ll own recruiting from sourcing to offer, manage benefits, refine onboarding, and partner with leaders to build a high-performing organization. This in-office role requires relationship-building and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting and hiring exceptional talent.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Experience with benefits administration or People Operations preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the recruiting process from sourcing to offer acceptance and collaborate with hiring managers to hire A-players.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, partnerships, and events.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration, coordinating with ADP and vendors.
• Improve recruiting strategy and hiring processes to drive better outcomes.
