Job summary

HSP Direct is seeking a Director of Talent for an in-office, full-time role in Ashburn, Virginia. You will lead recruiting from sourcing to offer, build relationships with hiring managers, and own talent pipelines while partnering with leaders to shape an exceptional organization.

You’ll manage onboarding, benefits administration, and relationships with ADP/HR vendors, driving a seamless employee experience and continuous process improvements across recruiting, hiring, and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting and hiring exceptional talent.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Experience with benefits administration or People Operations preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the recruiting process from sourcing to offer acceptance and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Develop and execute hiring strategies, create role requirements, and coordinate interviews and references.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, events, and employer branding.
• Oversee onboarding, benefits administration, and relationships with HR partners to ensure a seamless employee experience.
• Support HR initiatives to continuously improve hiring, onboarding, and employee experience.
