Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent stand-up training delivery and presentation skills.
• Two years of member-facing experience, preferably with lending knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Two to four years of on-the-job training experience preferred.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate New Hire Orientation and onboarding for new employees and transfers.
• Deliver training for Member Facing staff (New Accounts, Lending, etc.).
• Develop and update training materials reflecting procedures and priorities.
• Create multimedia and eLearning courses to enhance learning experiences.
• Manage training library and electronic syllabi by job category.
• Coordinate internal and external training programs and vendors.
• Research trends to improve training efficiency and effectiveness.
• Partner with HR and leadership to strengthen training initiatives.
