Qualifications

• Recent bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Development, Business Management or related degree.
• GPA of 2.5 or above, preference for 3.0+.
• Leadership qualities and proactive learning approach.
• Proficiency in analytical and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft 365; strong HR analytics understanding.
• Willingness to relocate within the U.S. if needed.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through HR functions including Learning & Development, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Engagement, and DEI.
• Develop technical and transferable soft skills via hands-on work, training, and mentorship.
• Demonstrate leadership as responsibilities increase.
• Network with peers, mentors, and leaders across Cemex.
• Contribute to real HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
