Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Talent Development Associate (Contractor) to support Talent & Culture initiatives, including leadership development programs, team effectiveness sessions, and corporate training. Qualifications

• 4+ years in talent development, HR, L&D, or related areas
• Experience coordinating and facilitating training sessions
• Knowledge of ADDIE, SAM, or instructional design frameworks
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Comfort with AI tools and digital collaboration platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Psychology, HR, or related field
• Experience with HR, Talent Development, or Internal Communications in corporate settings
• Familiarity with assessment tools (DiSC, Predictive Index, Hogan, Korn Ferry)
• Experience with learning management systems and employee listening platforms
• Experience with Canva and internal communications platforms
• Experience in matrixed organizational environments

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate training, workshops, and team sessions
• Support client leadership development programs and organizational development initiatives
• Assist in internal communications and associate engagement efforts
• Manage multiple projects with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
