Insight Global is seeking a Talent Development Associate (Contractor) to support Talent & Culture initiatives, including leadership development programs, team effectiveness sessions, and corporate training. Qualifications

• 4+ years in talent development, HR, L&D, or related areas
• Experience coordinating and facilitating training sessions
• Knowledge of ADDIE, SAM, or instructional design frameworks
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Comfort with AI tools and digital collaboration platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Psychology, HR, or related field
• Experience with HR, Talent Development, or Internal Communications in corporate settings
• Familiarity with assessment tools (DiSC, Predictive Index, Hogan, Korn Ferry)
• Experience with learning management systems and employee listening platforms
• Experience with Canva and internal communications platforms
• Experience in matrixed organizational environments

Insight Global is seeking an organized, collaborative, and execution-oriented TalentDevelopment Associate (Contractor) who can flex across a range of responsibilities tosupport Talent & Culture’s priorities.This role will provide operational, programmatic, and communications support acrosstalent development, associate engagement, and organizational development. TheSpecialist is a high-visibility role that is critical in ensuring seamless execution of keyinitiatives including client leadership development programs, team effectivenesssessions, corporate training sessions, and support for associate engagement.

Pay range $25 - $30/hr

Skills and Requirements

• At least 4 years of relevant experience (combination of talent development, HR,L&D, organizational effectiveness, corporate communications, and/or programmanagement)
• Experience coordinating and facilitating training, workshops, or team sessions
• Knowledge and application of ADDIE, SAM, or other instructional design frameworks
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Comfort and experience with using AI tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and comfort in managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Psychology, HR, Communications, ODpreferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite apps and collaboration technology tools
• Experience supporting HR, Talent Development, Organizational Effectiveness, and/or Internal Communications functions in Corporate pace
