Job summary

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting or managing HR programs and initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of HR domains such as talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, total rewards, HR operations, and HRIS platforms.
  • Familiarity with program management methodologies, change management principles, and governance practices.
  • Solid analytical skills with experience tracking program metrics, reviewing HR data, and supporting compliance-related requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to talent management programs, including BRGs and mentoring initiatives.
  • Interface with mentoring platform vendor regarding technical issues, reporting, and client requests.
  • Manage nominiation process for available conference/event seats and partnerships with external organizations.
  • Produce reports and insights regarding participation and outcomes.
  • Perform other duties as requested.
