Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Talent Development professional to lead programs across the company, including BRGs, mentoring, and partnerships with external organizations. The role collaborates with cross‑functional teams to deliver programs aligned with Spectrum’s strategic goals.

Locations include Charlotte, NC or Stamford, CT. The ideal candidate has HR program management experience, strong analytical skills, and a Bachelor's degree in HR or business.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting or managing HR programs and initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of key HR domains such as talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, total rewards, HR operations, and HRIS platforms.
• Familiarity with program management methodologies, change management principles, and governance practices.
• Solid analytical skills with experience tracking program metrics, reviewing HR data, and supporting compliance-related requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support talent management programs, including BRGs, mentoring, and partnerships with external organizations.
• Produce reports and insights regarding participation and outcomes.
• Coordinate events and communications for BRGs and mentoring programs.
• Interface with vendors and internal stakeholders to optimize program delivery.
