Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Talent Development program professional to drive HR initiatives across the company, collaborating with teams and external partners to create opportunities for employees. You will support BRGs, mentoring programs, and partnerships with external organizations, while producing actionable insights that align with Spectrum’s strategic goals. This role offers hybrid work locations in Stamford or Charlotte and a broad scope across HR domains.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting or managing HR programs across multiple stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of HR domains such as talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, total rewards, HR operations, and HRIS platforms.
• Familiarity with program management methodologies, change management principles, and governance practices.
• Solid analytical skills with experience tracking program metrics, reviewing HR data, and supporting compliance-related requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to talent management programs, including BRGs.
• Mentor program support and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with external organizations to optimize Spectrum membership and engagement.
• Produce reports and insights regarding participation and outcomes.
