Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Team Member Development Program Coordinator to drive the execution of talent and leadership development initiatives.

You will manage communications, logistics, reporting, and stakeholder coordination across Human Capital, Education, and business functions to ensure a seamless participant experience. Responsibilities include coordinating program setups, calendars, risk escalation, and onboarding activities, with a focus on scalability and customer service.

Qualifications

• 2-year college degree in a related field.
• 2 years of administrative support experience.
• 2 years of project management/program administration.
• Communicates clearly and professionally with team members, leaders, and business partners.
• Effectively manages multiple projects, deadlines, schedules, and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Program Operations & Delivery Management: manage setup, registration, scheduling, communications and launch activities.
• Stakeholder Communication & Experience Coordination: develop communications, inquiries handling, onboarding, milestones.
• Program Support, Reporting & Documentation: track metrics, prepare dashboards and maintain SOPs.
• Cross-Functional Program Coordination: coordinate meetings, agendas, action items and dependencies.
• Budgeting Systems Management: maintain invoices, budget docs, and learn technology platforms.
