The position coordinates in-center event logistics, supports marketing campaigns, and engages with members to promote club events and programs. Travel may be required to fulfill responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
• CPR and AED Certified.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates Life Time in-center event logistics by collaborating with internal audiences and coordinating external vendors.
• Delivers desired event results by providing documentation and reporting specific event measurables.
• Provides project management support for club event marketing campaigns.
• Engages with members and non-members to promote club events and adult programs.
