Chubb Benefits is seeking a Talent Development Business Partner to lead learning initiatives that strengthen employee capability and growth. This role partners with managers, HR, and stakeholders to design, deliver, and improve learning solutions in a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Develop and implement talent development programs that build employee skills.
• Partner with stakeholders to design and deliver online and blended learning.
• Schedule and deliver training, and coordinate delivery as needed.
• Develop content independently or with Instructional Design and external vendors.
• Partner with the LMS Administrator to build workshops and curricula.
• Analyze learning effectiveness and share recommendations for improvement.
• Manage project timelines, dependencies, and risks in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent and learning initiatives aligned with Chubb Benefits and broader priorities.
• Serve as content and program owner for learning initiatives.
• Deliver in-person and virtual programs; travel up to 25%.
• Communicate clearly through writing and presentations; build stakeholder relationships.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to improve programs.
