Job summary

Grady Health System is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor-like role to coordinate daily warehouse operations. The position emphasizes mentoring, training new hires, and ensuring efficient receiving, picking, staging, and palletizing activities.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years’ experience across multiple warehouse functions, with leadership or mentorship experience preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential to maintain safe, streamlined workflows.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in multiple warehouse functions.
  • Leadership or mentorship experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of warehouse processes and workflows.
  • OSHA forklift certification preferred and additional safety certifications welcomed.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between warehouse associates and Supervisors.
  • Mentor and train new hires, providing hands-on support in daily tasks.
  • Assist with receiving, picking, staging, palletizing, and related functions.
  • Monitor workflow progress and task completion to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Report performance concerns, safety issues, or process inefficiencies to leadership.
