Job summary

RISE Community Services in Warrensburg, MO seeks a Workforce Manager to lead onboarding, training, and development across programs. You will partner with HR and the Quality & Compliance team to build staff competency, support career pathways, and sustain a culture of continuous learning.

Responsibilities include coordinating recruitment support, maintaining compliance metrics, and driving improvements to staff engagement and retention while traveling to multiple sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce management or HR leadership.
• Ability to travel between residential/community sites as needed.
• Strong collaboration with HR and Quality & Compliance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Training & Development: oversee onboarding, ensure competency, expand development catalog.
• Support Workforce Growth & Advancement: identify high-potential staff and career pathways.
• Ensure Compliance & Quality: align training with regulatory requirements and monitor metrics.
• Collaborate on Recruitment & Retention: support recruitment strategies and staff engagement.
• Drive Continuous Improvement & Culture Development: identify gaps and implement solutions, model expectations.
