Job summary

RISE Community Services is seeking an Office Support Specialist Team Lead to manage recruitment processes and provide on-the-job coaching for individuals with disabilities. You will work closely with HR, hiring managers, and department heads to hire staff and volunteers and support their successful onboarding.

This hourly full-time role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and empathy. You will screen applicants, coordinate interviews, conduct background checks, and help develop

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of recruitment or disability-work experience.

Responsibilities

• Screen resumes and applications for staff and volunteers.
• Manage candidate tracking in the ATS.
• Organize and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
• Conduct reference checks, background screenings, and other pre-employment checks.
• Prepare onboarding materials and employment agreements.
• Coordinate onboarding with IT, facilities and other departments.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and mentorship to individuals with disabilities.
• Maintain accurate employee records and assist HR reporting.
