Spaulding Ridge is seeking a CLM GTM Director to grow our Contract Lifecycle Management practice in North America for enterprise clients. You will own the end-to-end sales process, drive bookings, and align cross-sell opportunities with delivery teams to deliver high-value solutions.
The role requires proven enterprise sales experience, strategic account planning, and collaboration with partners to develop market offerings and thought leadership.

The CLM GTM Director will develop and execute a strategy to grow Spaulding Ridge’s Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) business in North America with enterprise-level clients. The GTM Director is focused on building a sustainable and scalable business by identifying key plays that will increase bookings, maximize our cross-selling capabilities, and deepen client relationships.

Salary Range
$140,000 - $250,000 USD
