Job summary

Horizon Health and Wellness, Inc. is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Human Resources team in a hybrid role based in Apache Junction, AZ. Lead full-cycle recruiting, partner with leaders, and build strong talent pipelines to meet current and future staffing needs.

You will analyze recruiting metrics, develop sourcing strategies, and improve the candidate experience while ensuring compliance with employment laws and agency policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, organizational development or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum five years of progressive talent acquisition or recruiting experience.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting practices, interviewing techniques, and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition to onboarding handoff.
• Partner with leaders across the agency to understand staffing needs.
• Develop sourcing strategies for high-priority roles.
• Source candidates via job boards, networks, social media, referrals, events, and partnerships.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and provide guidance to hiring managers.
• Build talent pipelines for critical positions and provide hiring insights.
• Prepare recruitment reports and analyze metrics using Excel.
• Identify process improvements to enhance candidate and manager experience.
• Represent Horizon at career fairs and community events.
