GlobalFoundries is offering a Human Resources Intern, Talent Development (Summer 2027) in Austin, TX. You will support global learning initiatives, collaborate with HR and stakeholders, and help design programs that drive employee growth.

Qualifications

• Sophomore student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• GPA at least 3.0 and in good standing.
• English fluency (written & verbal).
• Able to work at least 40 hours per week during internship.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with HR and stakeholders on an assigned global project; share insights with GF HR leadership.
• Support leadership development, onboarding, and learning initiatives through research, assessment, facilitation, and process improvement.
• Partner with Talent Development teams in the US, Germany, India, and Singapore; participate in intern development and networking.
• Create program marketing materials, analyze learning data, prepare impact presentations, and support adoption of learning platforms.
• Perform all activities safely and adhere to EH&S requirements.
