Qualifications

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and adapting to platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with universities and school organizations.
• Serve as main point of contact for educational institutions and liaison with GF.
• Plan and support annual internship programming onsite.
• Maintain focus on the local marketplace and share market intelligence.
• Implement sourcing strategies to identify diverse candidates.
• Utilize the applicant tracking system to capture recruiting activity.
• Manage candidates through the recruiting lifecycle and records.
• Collaborate across teams for early talent events and outreach.
