Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in HR, including talent acquisition and development.
• Proven success in diverse recruitment in nonprofit or housing sectors.
• Experience with unionized workforces is preferred.

• Lead the integrated talent lifecycle for a workforce of 400+ staff.
• Build scalable learning systems and optimize talent recruitment.
