Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Talent Development Coordinator in New Jersey to manage multiple development programs from nomination through graduation, serving as the logistics partner for fellows, executive preceptors, and faculty.

The role requires advanced skills with long documents and pivot tables, experience with LMS and virtual platforms, strong organizational and communication abilities, and the judgment to solve problems independently while delivering clear program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or five years' experience working in healthcare.
• Advanced proficiency with long documents, spreadsheets (including pivot tables), mail merges, and complex report generation.
• Experience with HR systems, LMS; virtual event platforms (Zoom/Teams); and use of AI to accelerate work.
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to make decisions independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage development programs from nomination through graduation, acting as main logistics partner for owners, fellows, preceptors, and faculty.
• Recruit and track executive preceptors; build and distribute rotation and program schedules for multi-month cohorts.
• Maintain project tracker and escalate slipping deadlines to the director; produce program communications such as welcome packets and notices.
• Manage programs in HR systems and LMS, including setting up sessions, enrollments, and recording completions and CEU credit.
• Analyze program surveys and data to create executive summaries for leadership.
• Collaborate with HR and program stakeholders to optimize processes and reporting.
