The role involves managing certifications in HRIS/LMS, tracking expirations, and coordinating materials and external programs. A related degree or equivalent experience is required, with at least one year in a similar role and Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• Related Associate degree or equivalent combinations of education and experience or a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• A minimum of one year of comparable experience required.
• Proficiency with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and monitors company-wide training initiatives by keeping training records up-to-date and communicates training progress.
• Coordinates and hosts training events to support organization’s talent development strategies.
• Maintains electronic database of employee trainings and enters training records in HRIS/Learning Management System.
• Tracks, maintains, and purchases training materials from outside vendors.
• Registers participants for outside training programs.
• Coordinates employee training needs by monitoring and reporting on completed training.
