Qualifications

• Experience in talent development, leadership development, learning, human capital strategy, program management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-impact development programming to build skills and leadership capabilities across the firm.
• Translate priorities into program objectives, learning journeys, session designs, and deliverables.
• Develop strategy materials, speaker briefs, session objectives, pre-read materials, and manager toolkits.
• Partner with Talent, leaders, alumni and vendors to shape relevant, practical content.
