This role will partner closely with the Talent function, HCM leadership, divisional stakeholders, external vendors, and program participants to translate firm and talent priorities into practical, differentiated learning experiences.

The role sits at the intersection of people development strategy, content design, stakeholder engagement, communications, measurement, and program execution. It requires strong project management, clear communication, sound judgment, and the ability to move seamlessly between strategic planning and detailed delivery. The Associate will help shape development experiences that support employees at key moments in their careers, including leadership development, skill-building programs, coaching, peer learning, speaker-led sessions, and related firmwide talent initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Support the design and evolution of firmwide development experiences that help employees build critical skills, strengthen leadership capabilities, and grow across the firm

Translate firm priorities, leadership expectations, participant feedback, and stakeholder input into clear program objectives, learning journeys, session designs, and practical deliverables

Develop program strategy materials, agenda concepts, speaker briefs, session objectives, pre-read materials, manager toolkits, participant communications, and discussion guides

Partner with Talent colleagues, business leaders, program alumni, and external partners to shape content that is relevant, commercial, and practical for the employee populations served

Continuously refine programming based on survey insights, participant feedback, manager input, business priorities, and lessons learned from prior cohorts

Program Execution & Delivery

Manage end-to-end execution of development programs, including nominations or participant selection, launch, pre-program engagement, in-person or virtual sessions, peer forums, coaching, post-program follow-up, and closeout

Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, trackers, rosters, workback schedules, and decision logs across multiple concurrent workstreams

Coordinate complex logistics across regions, including participant experience, travel-related planning, briefing sessions, speaker holds, vendor timelines, venue needs, materials production, and day-of delivery

Prepare and facilitate program briefings, participant sessions, manager calls, alumni panels, and stakeholder updates as needed

Anticipate risks, dependencies, and decision points; elevate thoughtfully and keep stakeholders aligned on progress, open items, and next steps

Stakeholder Management & Executive Communication

Serve as a trusted coordination point across key stakeholder groups

Draft polished, audience-specific communications for participants, managers, leaders, speakers, internal reviewers, and cross-functional partners

Prepare stakeholder materials, including strategy decks, briefing notes, talking points, decision memos, meeting agendas, program updates, and concise leadership-ready summaries

Support leader and external speaker engagement, including outreach materials, calendar hold language, session framing, moderator planning, and briefing preparation

Navigate sensitive stakeholder dynamics with discretion, clarity, and sound judgment, ensuring communications are appropriately reviewed and aligned before launch

Measurement, Insights & Continuous Improvement

Design participant, manager, and stakeholder surveys to assess program needs, experience, learning outcomes, and behavioral impact

Analyze survey results, qualitative feedback, participation data, and program outcomes to identify themes, insights, and opportunities for improvement

Translate feedback and impact data into concise narratives, recommendations, slide content, and program uplifts for future cohorts

Partner with colleagues to maintain organized program records, data sources, impact trackers, and materials repositories

Use insights from prior cohorts to strengthen program design, participant experience, manager engagement, and stakeholder reporting

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in talent development, leadership development, learning, human capital strategy, program management, or a related field

Strong project management skills, with ability to manage detailed workplans, competing priorities, and multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to draft polished materials for a range of audiences

Comfort operating with leaders, managers, participants, and cross-functional partners, including sensitive or high-visibility interactions that require professionalism and discretion

Ability to synthesize complex inputs, feedback, and data into clear insights, recommendations, and practical actions

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work across strategy, content, logistics, and communications
