Job summary

International Justice Mission (IJM) seeks an Administrator, Talent and Development to support recruiting coordination, onboarding logistics, and team operations in a hybrid DC area role.

The role requires a proactive, highly organized professional with strong MS Office skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information. It reports to the Talent and Development leadership and supports cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) preferred.
• At least one year of administrative support experience.
• Proven strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview logistics and timelines across time zones.
• Manage calendars, onboarding logistics, and candidate communications.
• Support events, onboarding, and internal meetings for Talent Development.
• Maintain confidential records and assist with policy updates and reporting.
