NBCUniversal is seeking a Manager, Talent & Culture to act as a strategic partner shaping employee experience and organizational success. You will collaborate with leaders to anticipate needs, design solutions, and empower employees to thrive.

You will drive performance, talent reviews, succession planning, and development initiatives while guiding change and ensuring compliant practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with employee relations, talent management, and planning.
• 3+ years leading HR professionals or project teams.
• Proven ability to design and execute action plans and drive change.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on organizational effectiveness and people strategy.
• Lead complex employee relations issues and policy adherence.
• Partner with leadership to design and implement action plans addressing performance and culture.
• Drive HR processes: performance management, talent reviews, succession, compensation, career development.
• Coach leaders to develop talent and strengthen leadership pipeline.
• Deliver HR projects end-to-end aligned with business goals.
