NBCUniversal is seeking a Manager, Interview Operations & Experience to lead the Candidate Experience Specialists team, overseeing end-to-end interview processes and ensuring efficient, inclusive interactions for candidates and hiring teams. The position requires 5+ years in TA operations with 2+ years of people leadership, plus a data-driven mindset and experience with ATS.

This leader oversees the operational delivery of interview scheduling and candidate communications, as well as coordination logistics enterprise wide. The Manager will lead a team of Candidate Experience Specialists responsible for managing the end-to-end interview process, ensuring candidates and internal partners experience a seamless, inclusive, and timely process.
This is an opportunity for a strong people leader with deep expertise in interview operations to drive process excellence, support technology adoption, and elevate the standards of service delivery across the Talent Acquisition function.
