Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a senior learning and development leader to guide a global Talent Lab, with teams in NYC, LA, and London, delivering high-impact development experiences.

You will partner with Talent Management, HR and business leaders to translate priorities into practical strategies and tools, and design live and virtual experiences across AI fluency, leadership, and media business acumen. This role is hybrid with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience designing for multiple learning formats, including in-person, virtual, and online/asynchronous learning.
• Experience facilitating in both virtual and in-person environments.
• Experience project managing complex learning experiences or talent practices, regularly balancing multiple projects in various stages of design, delivery, and iteration.
• Experience consulting with stakeholders, including senior stakeholders, to identify development needs and design practical solutions to address them.
• Exceptional writing, communication, and content development skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging learning experiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Comfort using AI tools and technologies, with sound judgment about their capabilities, limitations, and appropriate use.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to travel regularly, up to 25% of the time

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve global Talent Lab development experiences that build capability across NBCUniversal.
• Own planning and project management across multiple workstreams and partners.
• Evolve and optimize delivery to ensure high-quality end-to-end talent experiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, facilitators, vendors, communications, and operational partners.
• Measure program effectiveness through feedback and data insights.
• Contribute to the evolution of talent management and development strategy, translating priorities into strategies, experiences, and tools.
• Partner with Talent Management, HR, and business leaders to translate top priorities into development strategies and practical tools.
• Use research, data, and stakeholder input to identify development needs and shape solutions that support readiness, mobility, and growth.
• Design and facilitate live experiences, including AI fluency, leadership expectations, and media business acumen.
• Facilitate Talent Lab programs with credibility and strong presence in-person and virtual.
• Design and refine learning content that is outcome-driven, practical, on-brand, and accessible.
• Prepare and support facilitators through onboarding and guides.
• Stay current on evolving topics and delivery methods, including AI, adapting programs as learner needs change.
