Vertage Inc. is seeking a Talent Consultant to join a dynamic Program Management team supporting Guidant Global MSP clients in Charlotte.

You will drive flawless day-to-day execution with the Client Sponsor and shared Operations team, emphasizing service excellence and integrity. The role focuses on staffing process management, vendor coordination, and MSP program training, with a strong emphasis on timely communication and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of staffing industry experience.
• Experience in MSP or account management is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to negotiate pay rates effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing process for an exclusive client, including requisitions, resume screening, interview coordination and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and outside agencies, maintaining clear liaison and updates.
• Apply contractual terms, ensuring compliance with client and suppliers while handling pricing, invoicing and reporting.
• Provide MSP program training to client hiring managers and outside partners.
• Resolve issues promptly with a strong sense of urgency.
• Carry out reporting, resume shortlisting, assignment tracking and invoice approvals.
• Lead weekly status calls with suppliers.

As a Talent Consultant, you will be part of a dynamic Program Management team assigned to specific Guidant Global MSP client(s). You will be empowered to deliver flawless execution of day-to-day functions in conjunction with the Client Sponsor, with the support of a shared Operations team.

We’re looking for an experienced MSP professional with incredibly high integrity, an inquisitive mind and a passion for customer service excellence, who will contribute positively to the success of multiple clients.

What you’ll do

• Use your staffing industry experience to manage the staffing process for an exclusive client, including defining new requisitions, screening submitted resumes, coordinating the interview process and overseeing onboarding
• Partner directly with hiring managers and outside staffing agencies, maintaining consistent communication and updates as a liaison between both parties
• Apply contractual terms, ensuring compliance with the client and suppliers while managing pricing, vendor neutrality, assignment duration, invoicing and reporting
• Provide VMS and program training to client hiring managers and outside staffing partners
• Resolve issues by responding to requests with a strong sense of urgency
• Carry out administrative tasks, including reporting, resume shortlisting, assignment tracking and invoice approvals
• Lead weekly status calls with suppliers

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the staffing industry, preferably in Account Management, Managed Service Provider (MSP) or related experience

Knowledge of

• The staffing industry and/or the MSP model
• IT recruiting and/or supporting IT staffing initiatives as an MSP partner
• Fieldglass Vendor Management System (preferred)
