Job summary

Forbes Advisor is seeking a part-time, freelance Creator, Casting & Influencer Specialist to build and own our growing talent pipeline. You’ll hunt for UGC creators, on-camera talent, influencers, and subject-matter experts, turning briefs into strong casting options.

You’ll source across marketplaces, agencies, and direct outreach, evaluating talent for creative fit and audience alignment, while maintaining a centralized talent library for ongoing needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in creator sourcing, casting, influencer marketing, talent partnerships or creator management.
• Strong knowledge of the current creator ecosystem and sourcing landscape.
• Comfortable navigating social platforms and marketplaces to find talent beyond traditional casting channels.
• Highly resourceful researcher who can tailor searches to specific personas.
• Strong eye for on-camera talent and short-form creative appeal.
• Organized with multiple searches and talent pipelines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Own hands-on creator, talent and influencer sourcing across campaigns and needs.
• Source across marketplaces, platforms, agencies, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Research and test new sourcing tools and partners (Cohley, agencies, networks).
• Translate briefs into targeted searches and curated talent recommendations.
• Coordinate outreach to creators, influencers, agents and managers.
• Build relationships with agencies to expand sourcing capabilities.
• Vet talent for fit, presence, content quality and campaign fit.
• Maintain a centralized Creator & Talent Library with tagging.
