Job summary

Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando, FL is seeking an Administrative Casting Coordinator to support talent booking and casting under tight deadlines. You will prepare offers, review requirements, and coordinate rehearsals, auditions, and new hire paperwork with input from Show Direction and Talent Booking teams.

The role requires 2+ years in a busy admin environment, with strong Excel/Outlook skills and hospitality experience; it involves data entry, scheduling, and guest-service oriented duties

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in a high-volume deadline-driven administrative environment.
  • Hospitality or Guest Service experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook required.
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Talent Booking and Casting as the first contact for offers and booking requests.
  • Prepare offers, review requirements, confirm and track accuracy before deadlines.
  • Coordinate rehearsals, scheduling conflicts, and fitness tests with multiple departments.
  • Manage audition setup, forms, and post-audit tasks; liaise with Show Direction and Talent Booking.
