Job summary

Universal Orlando is seeking an Administrative professional to support Talent Booking and Casting within the Entertainment Division. This role handles offer preparation, booking requests, and early candidate communications to meet tight deadlines.

You will coordinate rehearsals, fitness tests, and onboarding paperwork, acting as the liaison among Show Direction, Staffing, and Talent Booking. Strong Excel skills and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume, deadline-driven administrative environment.
• Hospitality or guest service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook required.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for role offers and bookings, reviewing requirements and guiding candidates through the offer process.
• Coordinate rehearsals, scheduling conflicts, and fitness tests with multiple departments.
• Prepare, set up, and break down auditions and manage audition paperwork.
• Communicate audition steps to candidates and track inventory and documentation.
