BY Recruiting is seeking a Talent Brand & Events Manager in San Francisco, hybrid. You will own talent brand, community, and events for a fast-growing AI company, shaping how Silicon Valley experiences the employer identity.

You will plan and host intimate weekly events, identify key SF rooms, drive the employer value proposition, produce content on LinkedIn and X, and lead internal culture events. Travel up to 25-30% as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, community, or events.
• Hands-on experience running curated, hosted community or talent events at a high-growth startup or venture firm.
• Strong copywriting and creative direction with a portfolio showing brand and design taste.
• Plugged-in connector who knows SF tech and AI scenes and can quickly discover key events.
• Extreme ownership, drive, and a proactive approach.
• Ability to travel up to 25-30%.

Responsabilités

• Plan, host, and co-host about one curated, intimate event a week in SF.
• Identify SF events and communities the company should be part of and bring the team along.
• Own the employer value proposition and talent brand, with steady LinkedIn and X content, including copy and creative direction.
• Run internal culture events to unite a fast-growing team.
• Occasionally lead larger events like hackathons and tech activations with a scrappy, high-taste approach.
