Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in marketing OR 4 years’ experience in marketing.
• Experience in marketing or recruitment marketing with ability to develop and deliver strategies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Acquisition and business teams to understand hiring priorities and challenges.
• Use audience insights to shape messaging, content, channels and candidate touchpoints.
• Develop and execute recruitment marketing campaigns that reach and engage priority talent.
• Partner with agencies and vendors to activate campaigns and manage investments.
• Use data and insights to inform decisions and optimize recruitment marketing efforts.
• Anticipate shifts in candidate behavior, media, and technologies to evolve how Walmart reaches talent.
