Job summary

Mytheresa is seeking a Talent Attraction Manager (f/m/d) for a one-year FTC based in Munich. You will own end-to-end recruitment from intake to offer and partner with hiring managers to build structured assessments and market insights.

The role requires 3+ years in recruitment, 1 year in Workday Recruiting, fluency in German and English, and strong sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter. External partnerships and employer branding are key focuses.

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of full-time recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience using Workday Recruiting.
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing platforms.
University degree in HR, Business, Law, or related field.
Strong ability to influence, negotiate, and push back with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end recruitment from intake to offer with a quality-driven process.
Partner with hiring managers to design assessments and set expectations.
Collaborate with Talent Sourcers to build targeted pipelines.
Deliver a high-touch interview journey to position Mytheresa as an employer of choice.
Build external partnerships with agencies, universities and networks.
Support strategic recruitment projects and employer branding initiatives.
