Job summary

Consello is a premier advisory and investing platform seeking an Associate on the Talent team to support executive search for C-Suite and Board roles. You will source, research, and coordinate high-impact placements with senior consultants, building research, analytical, and project-management skills and gaining exposure to top executives.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and fluency with AI research tools, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required, with a preference for Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
2–3 years in research, consulting, or professional services; executive search is a plus but not required.
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to put in extra hours to meet client needs.
Curiosity, proactiveness, coachability, and a strong desire to learn.
Interest in technology, finance, industrials, or consumer industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support development of position specifications and search strategies with senior consultants.
Draft client-facing documents such as candidate reports and search updates.
Track the search from kickoff to candidate placement and coordinate due diligence.
Map talent using AI tools and update CRM with candidates and insights.
Research industries and talent pools to identify key players and candidates.
Coordinate candidate outreach and screening; schedule interviews; maintain candidate experience.
