Alexander Mann Solutions (AMS) is seeking a Talent Assessment Advisor for a ~3‑month contract to support interview hiring events in Atlanta, GA. The role requires attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for identifying top talent.

Onsite work four days a week, 7am–4pm, with recent grads encouraged to apply. HR or Psychology backgrounds are preferred, and you will partner with hiring managers to align assessment strategies with company values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• Strong understanding of behavioral assessment methodologies and hiring best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to analyze candidate data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Experience managing or supporting hiring events is a plus.

The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Assessment Advisor to support interview hiring events and collaborate with our team to ensure candidates assessed exhibit the right behaviors and attitudes throughout the hiring process. This role requires keen attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for identifying top talent.

This contract opportunity will serve approximately 3 months and will be an integral member of the talent assessment team.

The role reports to an onsite client location in Atlanta, GA.

4 days a week on average. Hours of work: 7am to 4pm.

Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply. HR and Psychology backgrounds are preferred.
